Where Nature Meets Learning
Responding to the school's request for a beautiful and inspiring outdoor learning space, the 1999–2006 batch of JNV Chikkamagaluru alumni took up the initiative to create an open-air amphitheatre beneath the shade of trees on the school campus.
Envisioned as a learning space that blends nature with education, the amphitheatre transforms the green surroundings into a welcoming environment where students can learn, interact and express themselves beyond the traditional classroom.
Surrounded by the natural canopy of trees, this thoughtfully created space offers opportunities for interactive learning, group discussions, storytelling, literary activities, cultural programmes, presentations and student-led performances. It encourages curiosity, creativity, collaboration and confident communication in an atmosphere that is both refreshing and inspiring.
The initiative reflects the 1999–2006 batch's commitment to responding to the school's needs and contributing something meaningful to the educational experience of present and future Navodayans.
