Alumni association is continuously connected with the alumni all over the world which helps to involve them in the development of the Vidyalaya. Alumni association promotes and encourages the Alumni to exchange professional knowledge by undertaking and facilitating workshops, meetings and social gathering amongst alumni, students, faculty and others.

In the mid of year 2006, A team of alumni came together with a vision to start a Work shop on personality development and career guidance at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Balehonnur to show the right direction to young minds after their schooling. A vision was born as a Talent transformation.  Journey began on 2 September 2006, first workshop at the Vidyalaya with the motto “Learn with Fun – Never give up”. Successively after that every year during the first week of December, 2 days workshops are being conducted to motivate and guide the students at Vidyalaya with a new motto at every time.
